patentada Lacprodan \u00ae (high quality protein)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hemos utilizado una de las mejores materias primas de concentrado de prote\u00edna de suero de leche patentadas como es Lacprodan \u00ae.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al utilizar esta materia prima como primer ingrediente conseguimos un producto con alto contenido en prote\u00ednas, reduciendo el aporte de az\u00facares.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>-Textura cremosa y sabores con toppings<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fuente de grasa utilizada para conseguir esa textura tan cremosa de los helados, han sido triglic\u00e9ridos de cadena media en polvo, procedentes del aceite de coco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El aceite de coco se trata de una de las mejores fuentes de grasa para elaborar este tipo de alimento, libre de aceite de palma y de colza (\u00danicamente presentes de forma natural y minoritaria en el topping
